Brad's practice involves all aspects of employment, benefits and pensions, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. He advises on director and executive compensation for public and private institutions, including ongoing disclosure and compliance obligations. He also advises clients on the design and implementation of compensation arrangements and the related securities laws and stock exchange requirements.
During law school, Brad was the co-chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law Association, a member of the Environmental Law Society and an upper-year mentor for the Osgoode Mentor Program.
Brad is a member of the Advocacy and Government Relations Committee for the CBA Pensions & Benefits Law Section.
