Sabrina has been a corporate paralegal since 2015 with experience in both law firms and inhouse legal departments. She assists clients with incorporations, continuances, amendments to charter documents, amalgamations, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews, extra-provincial and business name registrations, corporate maintenance and compliance matters. She also has experience with intellectual property clearance as well as contract review and drafting.
