Caroline’s practice focuses on corporate and environmental law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions , sustainability, climate change and corporate governance.

Recognition and Awards
Caroline completed the International Business Law program at Queen’s University and was awarded Merit standing for achieving one of the top three cumulative averages in the program. She also received the Course Prize in Introduction to International Business Law for completing the course with the highest standing.

Professional Involvement
During law school, Caroline worked as a Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant. She also served as a McGill Transformative Business Law Summer Academy Fellow, President of the Queen’s Chapter of the Black Law Students’ Association and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada.
Prior to law school Caroline worked as a Program Consultant with the Treasury Board Secretariat of the Ontario Public Service.
